We stand behind all the materials in our workshops and think they are pretty super! We do understand, however, that as technology rapidly develops, some pieces of tech may evolve more quickly or more slowly than others. We offer tech support via text and email. We can also schedule appointments to address issues via phone and remote access software. Our technician can help you work through any technical issues you may encounter. There isn't an issue she hasn't been able to resolve yet! While we do not offer refunds on workshops, if nothing we can do via email, text, phone, or remote access software can get your standard-priced workshop going, we are happy to find you a replacement or store credit.

We are quite a small company, so we appreciate your understanding that refunds and exchanges are considered only on a case-by-case basis and will only be offered if all other options have been exhausted. We work hard for you to be able to enjoy our material, so we hope you'll be patient if technical issues come up.
